omega legends

This is an early example of Omega Legends, which was recently unbanned.
This is a dash hero whose skill is to spray herself into the sky.
This skin requires three stages of transformation. So I wanted her to be a mutant like the X-Men, breaking loose a little bit at each level and eventually getting out of control. I hope you like it.
